POPEYES CHICKEN SANDWICH

In 2019, the Popeyes Chicken Sandwich was a sold-out product in the United States and China. We were tasked in 2020 to achieve the same result when Singapore was allocated as the third country to launch this new limited time offer. Through teasers and PR stunts, the pre-registration interests for the sandwiches were fully redeemed before the launch. Within 2 weeks from the launch in stores, the Popeyes Chicken Sandwich was sold out island-wide and has been carried as a permanent item since August 2021.

Recreating global hype in Singapore.

We created a pre-launch website called “www.worldfamouschickensandwich.com” as a teaser microsite to pique audience interest and generate excitement among consumers by sharing news articles and influencer content as social proof about the amazing Popeyes Chicken Sandwich!
